ABY Manufacturing PLC is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for senior management positions. The company is looking for dynamic leaders to strengthen its Human Resources and Finance functions as it continues to expand its manufacturing operations.

Position 1: Head of Human Resources

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Extensive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Proven experience developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational systems.
• Ability to combine strategic HR planning with hands-on operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP or HRIS systems.
• Experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing company.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, restructuring, or factory start-up projects.

Position 2: Finance Manager

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Strong finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial organization.
• 5–10 years of experience in senior finance positions such as Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing costing and cost accounting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent understanding of Ethiopian tax laws, tax compliance, and tax planning.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience using ERP-based accounting and financial management systems.
• Experience improving costing, budgeting, and financial control systems in manufacturing companies.
