Position 1: Finance Associate

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Diploma, 10+3, or Level III Certificate in Accounting, Accounting and Budget Support, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience.

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related discipline from a recognized higher education institution.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.

Duty Station: Chebera Elephant Paw Eco Lodge

Position 2: Finance Executive

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Diploma, 10+3, or Level III Certificate in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of hotel or relevant work experience.

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Duty Station: Chebera Elephant Paw Eco Lodge

Position 3: Facility Manager

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must have:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

OR

• College Diploma (10+3) or Level III Certificate in Industrial Metal Fabrication, Machining, Mechanical Power Systems, Industrial Electricity, or related technical fields with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Halala Kella Eco Lodge

Position 4: Food & Beverage Manager

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have either:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Property Management, Marketing Management, Management, or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience.

OR

• Diploma, 10+3, or Level III Certificate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Customer Relations Management, or related disciplines with 4 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities.

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
