Position: Client Relationship Management Officer II
Education: BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Employment Type: Full‑time Career Level: Junior (1–3 years) Location: Addis Ababa Number Required: 1 Salary: As per company scale
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to meet their needs and provide support. Answer client questions and resolve issues through multiple communication channels. Maintain accurate records and take detailed notes. Collaborate with the Client Relationship Management Division under supervision. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
