About the Role
The Ethiopian Engineering Corporation is seeking experienced Digital Marketers to design, implement, and optimize multi‑channel digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, lead generation, and sales. This role requires strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Lead SEO and SEM strategies to maximize visibility and performance. Manage social media content, engagement, and paid advertising campaigns. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation. Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling digital content. Design and optimize landing pages and websites for conversions. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to track and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
BA or MBA in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 4 years’ experience with BA or 3 years with MBA in digital marketing roles. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Experience with analytics tools and campaign optimization.
Desired Skills
Donor relations and partnership development. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
