Position: Medical Receptionist
Qualification Requirements
College Diploma / 10+3 / Level III Certificate in English Language, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields from a recognized TVET/College/Institute. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a recognized organization. Language: English mandatory (Ethiopian working language).
Responsibilities
Provide front‑desk reception and administrative support for medical services. Manage patient records and appointments. Assist with office correspondence and documentation. Ensure smooth communication between medical staff and patients.
