1. Junior Customer Service Specialist
Location: Ginir
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants. Candidates aged 30 or younger are preferred.
Experience:

3. Associate General Maintenance Technician II
Location: Addis Ababa
Required Qualification:
Degree or Diploma (Level IV certificate) in General Mechanics, Electricity, Office Equipment Maintenance, or a related field. A Certificate of Competency (COC) is mandatory for Level IV graduates.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience, as specified in the vacancy announcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive maintenance requests and record details in the appropriate log sheets. Identify equipment damage, determine required repair parts, and report findings. Process cash payments and receipts and debit or credit the appropriate accounts. Reconcile physical cash balances with the Cash Administrator.

Required Qualification:
