Available Positions
Call Operator Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; basic computer proficiency (MS Office); strong customer service orientation; prior call center/customer service experience an advantage. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, record information accurately, and deliver excellent customer service. Employment Type: 24/7 Full‑Time Location: Bisrate Gebrail, Adot Building, 2nd Floor Accountant Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1+ years of relevant experience (private company preferred); strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations; proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree); advanced Excel skills; strong analytical/problem‑solving skills; integrity and attention to detail. Preferred: Experience in audit preparation; background in transport/service sector; female applicants encouraged. Location: Addis Ababa
