Position 1: Driver

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A valid Public 2 (ህዝብ 2) driving license.
  • At least 4 years of driving experience within Addis Ababa.
  • Good knowledge of city roads and traffic routes.
  • Strong punctuality and a responsible work ethic.

Position 2: HR Officer

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A BA Degree in Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate recruitment and employee selection activities.
  • Prepare and advertise job vacancies based on approved staffing requests.
  • Conduct reference checks and support employee onboarding.
  • Organize orientation and training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Monitor employee performance and workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Prepare employment, probation, contract, and experience letters.
  • Process leave records, HR reports, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Assist with payroll-related employee records and support HR budgeting.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A Master's Degree (preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Food Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in food manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety systems.
  • Experience in process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Position 4: Assistant Store Keeper

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Conduct stock counts and support inventory audits.
  • Apply FIFO inventory practices.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.

Position 5: Cashier Accountant

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Cashier Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Good knowledge of ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily petty cash transactions.
  • Receive customer payments and issue official receipts.
  • Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports.
  • Verify invoices, payment approvals, and tax documents.
  • Assist with accounting entries and maintain organized financial records.

Position 6: Head of Human Resource Services

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or senior HR position.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead recruitment and employee selection processes.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, including appointment, promotion, transfer, and salary adjustment letters.
  • Manage payroll coordination, pensions, and employee benefits.
  • Organize staff training and development programs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave administration, and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and performance evaluation summaries.
  • Support overall human resource planning and employee relations.
