The company is currently seeking motivated individuals to join its sales team.

Position: Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representative

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Level IV in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's Degree is considered an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or field promotion.
• Experience in ride-hailing, fintech, telecommunications, FMCG, or technology-related sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in field-based assignments.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Fluency in Amharic; English language skills are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Visit offices, businesses, universities, hotels, residential areas, and commercial centers to promote Cabby's services.
• Introduce customers to Cabby Share, Cabby Reserve, and corporate transportation solutions.
• Demonstrate the Cabby mobile application and assist customers with downloading, registration, and first-time bookings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activation targets.
• Gather customer feedback and market information.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable plus attractive commission
