Role Purpose
The Junior Field Marketing Representative is a customer‑facing role dedicated to driving high‑intent traffic into Dodai showrooms. This position focuses on engaging prospective riders, couriers, and delivery businesses to qualify transport needs and secure showroom appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Field Execution Engage prospects in high‑density commercial zones. Apply the FAST (Finance, Authority, Scheduling, Usage Profile) qualification framework. Secure firm showroom visit appointments. Operations & Performance Report daily for morning briefings and evening reconciliations. Capture clean data with GPS stamping. Achieve daily targets: 10 qualified leads and 3 showroom visits. Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with showroom Sales Representatives for seamless lead handovers. Share real‑time market insights and objections. Brand Representation Maintain professional demeanor as the face of Dodai. Adhere to company protocols, uniform standards, and attendance policies.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. 0–6 months of experience in field sales, promotions, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal communication in Amharic; English fluency desirable. Persuasive interpersonal skills and resilience to work outdoors. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and smartphone navigation. Results‑oriented mindset with strong time‑management habits.
