Qualification:
TVET IV or BA in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
TVET IV: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in microfinance BA Degree: No prior experience required Skills in community mobilization, loan disbursement, repayment follow‑up, savings mobilization, and loan portfolio management

Qualification:
TVET IV or BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, or related fields
Experience:
TVET IV: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in cash handling, reconciliations, and record‑keeping in financial institutions BA Degree: No prior experience required

Qualification:
BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Business Management
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience in accounting and financial management Prior cashier experience at branch level preferred
