Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer (Maker) provides front office customer service support at the branch. Responsibilities include:
Handling account maintenance, payments, and collections. Processing cash and non‑cash transactions. Responding to customer inquiries and requests. Delivering efficient and professional banking services.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience : Zero (0) years – Fresh Graduate only. Age Requirement : Not more than 25 years (external applicants). Graduation Year : 2024, 2025, or 2026. CGPA : Minimum of 2.5. Mandatory Documents : Degree Certificate, Grade 8–12 transcripts, updated CV, and application letter. Note : Photo documents are not acceptable.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of financial products and services. Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting. Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Training & Assignment
Six (6) months of intensive training before permanent assignment.
