Available Positions
1. Finance and Admin Assistant – Humera
Qualifications & Experience:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience. NGO/humanitarian experience preferred. Skills in bookkeeping, cash management, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), and advanced Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
2. HR and Admin Assistant – Debark/Dabat
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/admin experience. Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR practices. ERP systems familiarity and strong Microsoft Office skills. Advanced English; Amharic proficiency preferred.
3. Supply Chain Assistant – Humera
Qualifications & Experience:
BA in Business Management, Supplies Management, or related field. 1–2 years of humanitarian logistics/supply chain experience. Skills in fleet, asset, and distribution management. NGO experience preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Support Service Team Leader – Debark/Dabat
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree (preferred) or BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Strong background in Finance, HR, Administration, and Supply Chain. Experience with donor reporting (UN, USAID, ECHO, etc.) and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and compliance skills.
