Job Description
The Customer Service Officer – Maker provides front-office customer service support at the branch. The role involves handling account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, customer inquiries, cash and non-cash transactions, and other customer requests.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field such as: Marketing Management Accounting Management Economics Business Administration Information Technology Or another equivalent field A CGPA of 2.5 or above.
Experience and Eligibility
No prior work experience is required. Applicants must be graduates of 2025/2026 G.C. External applicants must not be more than 25 years of age. Successful candidates will be permanently assigned after six months of intensive training.
