Required Qualification

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Marketing Management
• Business Administration
• Communication
• Public Relations
• Related fields

Experience Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
  • Customer service
  • Sales support
  • Client relationship management
• Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of brand management principles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good attention to detail, especially in document handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
• Experience with digital filing, archiving systems, or cloud storage is preferred.
• Knowledge of Afaan Oromo language is an added advantage.
