Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience in areas such as customer relationship management, branch operations, financing follow-up, sales, or similar positions.

Required Competency

• Strong communication skills.
