World Vision Ethiopia is one of the country's leading humanitarian and development organizations. The organization began its work in Ethiopia in 1971 by providing emergency relief assistance and officially established its country office in 1975. During the devastating 1984–1985 famine, World Vision played a significant role in delivering life-saving humanitarian support to millions of people across the country.
Today, World Vision Ethiopia operates in more than 50 Area Programs nationwide, implementing sustainable development and emergency response projects. Its programs focus on improving education, nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), child protection, food security, health, and livelihoods to improve the well-being of vulnerable children, families, and communities.
World Vision Ethiopia is currently inviting qualified and motivated professionals to apply for the following positions.
Position 1: Cashier
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and experience in petty cash management.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Duty Station
- Moyale, Somali Region
Position 2: Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Specialist
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Public Health, Counseling, or a related discipline.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience implementing MHPSS programs in humanitarian settings.
- Experience managing emergency response activities and multi-sector projects.
- Experience working on projects funded by USG, BHA, or the U.S. Department of State is an added advantage.
Duty Station

Position 3: TSFP Facilitator
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, Nutrition, or another relevant health discipline.
- Training and experience in managing acute malnutrition (MAM/SAM), Family MUAC, and TSFP programs are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in nutrition, nursing, public health, or related health programs.
Additional Requirements
- Previous NGO experience in CMAM, TSFP, or BSFP programs.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in refugee and humanitarian settings.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
Duty Station
- Jewi, Kule, Tierkidi, Nguenyyiel, Pinyudo I, Pinyudo II, Luakdong, Mattar, and Okudo Refugee Camps
Position 4: TSFP Officer
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, Nutrition, or another relevant health-related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NGOs in CMAM, TSFP, or BSFP programs.
- Experience in refugee nutrition and humanitarian response is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of CMAM programming, MAM and SAM management, Family MUAC, monitoring, reporting, and nutrition interventions.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, adaptability, and report-writing skills.
- Previous experience with international NGOs is an advantage.
