Position: Area Sales Manager
Education:
First Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing within FMCG At least 1 year in a supervisory role (Key Account Management, Area Sales Management, or related leadership position) Valid minimum Auto/Dry 1 driving license required
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales practices, RTM principles, and market execution standards Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship building Results‑driven with determination to achieve targets despite setbacks Effective communication across multiple formats and styles Proficiency in digital sales platforms and interpreting sales reports
