Educational Qualification
- BSc/BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Job Summary
The Client Relationship Management Officer II is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing timely support through different communication channels. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, addressing service requests, documenting client interactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
