Job Summary
Graduate Trainees will work alongside managers, rotating across departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of company operations. The program equips trainees with practical skills, leadership exposure, and career development opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work in different departments to gain perspective. Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies. Meet performance goals and report progress to management. Observe experienced staff to acquire knowledge of methods and standards. Provide support in reporting, data entry, presentations, strategic planning, and customer service. Attend periodic evaluations and achieve passing scores in all program areas.
Required Qualifications & Skills
BA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. CGPA above 3.6. Fresh graduate (0–1 years of experience). Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication in English and Amharic. Teamwork and collaboration abilities. IT application skills and adaptability. Leadership potential, professionalism, and career‑driven mindset. Time management, analytical skills, and willingness to learn.
