Role description

Summary of Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, process and follow up on customer orders, provide accurate product and delivery information, resolve customer issues, maintain updated records and reports, and coordinate with logistics and field sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to take customer orders, answer product inquiries, and support delivery follow-ups.
Accurately record daily orders in the system and ensure follow-up for on-time fulfillment.
Provide clear information to customers about product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules.
Support new customer acquisition by capturing details and assisting in the onboarding process.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
Maintain daily call logs, update customer records, and support in generating basic reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture by following standard service practices and participating in team coaching sessions.
Job Requirements
Education
Degree certification (BSc or BA) in Arts, Science, & other relevant disciplines
Experience
1- 2 years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer service.
Experience in the FMCG or brewery/beverage industry is an added advantage.
Language
Amharic, English, Tigrigna, Afan Oromo and other local languages (Preferred)
