1. Attorney
Position Overview
The Attorney supports Bunna Bank's legal functions, particularly in loan litigation, court proceedings, legal appeals, foreclosed property processes, legal reporting, and supervision of attorneys as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the Bank in loan litigation and court hearings involving claims against third parties. Prepare statements of appeal and open files at appellate courts where decisions are appealable. Institute actions relating to bills of costs and execution. Follow up and facilitate the evaluation and auction of foreclosed properties. Assume team leadership responsibilities when teams are established for specific assignments. Supervise the performance of attorneys below the Senior Attorney level under the direction of the Legal Service Manager. Assist the Directorate in preparing periodic reports. Prepare and submit periodic reports. Assess the performance of subordinates and prepare and submit periodic reports.
Qualifications and Experience
LLB Degree Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
