Role description

Job Summary
Lead and manage all marketing activities for assigned brands, with full accountability for building, protecting, and enhancing brand equity to strengthen consumer awareness, perception, and preference, thereby driving sustainable sales and profitability. The role is responsible for brand strategy development, innovation and new brand creation, integrated launch and activation campaigns, and the execution of brand plans aligned with United Beverage’s strategic marketing objectives
Key Duty & Responsibility
Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans in line with United Beverages’ overall Strategic Marketing Plan.
Lead the development of brand strategy in collaboration with relevant team members and senior stakeholders.
Lead the development of overarching concepts and aesthetic directions for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital experiences.
Translate complex marketing objectives and consumer insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for design and Digital team.
Design, implement, and optimize integrated marketing, launch, and activation campaigns across channels.
Identify and leverage relevant consumer and market insights to inform brand strategy, positioning, and communication.
Ensure all brand activations are aligned with channel segmentation, consumer needs, and customer drivers.
Manage brands within the opportunities and constraints of their respective categories, competitive landscapes, and regulatory frameworks.
Monitor, analyze, and report on brand and campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Continuously track brand health and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
Effectively communicate portfolio and brand strategy internally and externally to ensure clarity and alignment.
Required Education/Experience and
Key Skills
+ 5 years of experience in FMCG Marketing at a well-known corporation
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field of study
Brand development and brand Building process experience in the FMCG
High creativity and innovative thinking
