Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing web, mobile, and back-office applications, identifying defects, ensuring software quality, and supporting the delivery of reliable and user-friendly systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and back-office applications.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to improve product quality.
Review requirements and provide quality feedback before implementation.
Test new features, system updates, and integrations before deployment.
Prepare test reports and communicate testing results.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Ensure applications meet functional, usability, and performance requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
