Nib International Bank S.C is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for various senior-level banking positions. The bank is looking for skilled candidates to join its branches and district offices across different locations in Ethiopia.

Nib International Bank (NIB) was established in 1999 under the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and has grown into one of the country’s well-known private banks, serving customers through an expanding network of branches and financial services.

Position 1: Branch Manager

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience

  • Master’s Degree holders: Minimum 6 years of banking experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in roles such as:
    • Business Manager
    • Operations Manager
    • Customer Service Manager
    • Or similar core banking leadership positions

Duty Stations

  • Sagure Branch (Adama District)
  • Digelu Branch (Adama District)
  • Wukro Branch (Mekelle District)

Position 2: District Marketing Supervisor

Qualifications

Applicants should hold:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

  • Master’s Degree holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior marketing or equivalent position.

Duty Station

  • Mekelle District Office

Position 3: District IFB Business Supervisor

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience

  • Master’s Degree holders: Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum 7 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior IFB business or related position.
  • Knowledge of Sharia banking principles is an added advantage.
