Position 1: Branch Cashier

• Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management, or related fields
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Key Skills:
  • Basic understanding of microfinance operations
  • Cash handling and record-keeping skills
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and office machine operation
• Quantity: 3
• Work Locations: Wolkite, Hossana, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Branch Accountant

• Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience
• Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of microfinance operations and financial laws
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and reports
  • Basic IFRS knowledge and computer skills
• Quantity: 5
• Work Locations: Wolkite, Hossana, Addis Ababa

Position 3: Auditor

• Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related fields
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience
• Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of auditing practices and microfinance operations
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Basic computer skills
