Position 1: Branch Business Manager I (Addis Ababa)

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking or business experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Key Competencies

  • Strong understanding of banking products and financial services.
  • Experience in modern banking operations and service delivery improvement.
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.
  • Project management and customer relationship management skills.

Position 2: Driver I (Addis Ababa)

Qualification & Experience

  • Completion of Grade 12 (old curriculum) or Grade 10/10+1 (new curriculum) with training in auto mechanics or automotive technology.
  • Valid driving license (Level 3/4 or Public 1/2).
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

Key Requirements

  • Understanding and adherence to bank values and ethics.
  • Strong discipline, motivation, and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to perform duties efficiently and responsibly.

Duty Station: South Addis Ababa District Office

Position 3: Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME (Addis Ababa)

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of retail and MSME banking operations.
  • Expertise in credit, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Project management and performance-driven mindset.
