Berhan Insurance S.C is one of prominent insurance company that provides general insurance service to customers at twenty five branches with a plan to expand further in Addis Ababa and regional towns. The company would like to invite potential candidates who fulfill job requirement for the following posts.

Berhan Insurance S.C. is one of the private insurance companies operating in the Ethiopian insurance market. It was established on October 30, 2010 with a paid up capital of Birr 9.7 Million, under proclamation No. 86/1994 by the initiation of Berhan Bank S.C and through the investment of 455 visionary founders.

Position 1: Receptionist

Qualification: Diploma, or Level 4/Level 3 in IT, Secretarial Science or related fields

Experience:  A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience

Position 2: Accounts Clerk

Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in finance, accounting, financial management and related fields and COC Certified

Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management from a recognized College/ University

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience

Position 4: Senior Training Officer

Qualification: BA /MA/MBA in HRM, management, business management, business administration, public administration, leadership and other field of studies.

Experience: 5 years of work experience for BA degree, 3 years for MA degree. Experience in insurance company is advantageous

Position 5: Content and Graphics Officer II

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field of studies

Experience:  A minimum of 3 years of experience for degree holder, 5 years for diploma holder and above relevant work experience

Required Skills፡

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & related tools.
  • Ability to produce content for digital, social media, & print materials.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles & web content systems.
  • Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools for asset (image, video) creation.
  • Ability to create & edit video content.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail & time management ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as Underwriter

Position 7: Senior Auditor

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting from a recognized College/University

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience preferably in insurance industry is Advantageous.
