Job Objective:
The Associate Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Officer is responsible for handling complex legal matters, including court proceedings related to debt, loan litigation, criminal cases, and tribunal matters. The role also involves identifying emerging trends associated with loan defaults that may affect the Bank.

2. Foreclosure and Debt Litigation Officer
Education:
LLB Degree in Law
Experience:
3 years of experience in the banking sector
Job Objective:
The Foreclosure and Debt Litigation Officer is responsible for protecting the Bank from potential legal vulnerabilities by providing legal analysis and drafting legal advice related to the credit process, as well as reviewing and confirming legally required documents.
