BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields. Graduates of 2025 & 2026 only . CGPA 3.00 and above . Must have passed the National Exit Exam . No prior work experience required.

Strong command of Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English (listening, speaking, and writing).

Customer Service : Deliver frontline banking services to clients. Financial Transactions : Handle deposits, withdrawals, and account management. Compliance : Ensure adherence to banking policies and procedures. Branch Support : Assist branch operations and reporting.
