Position: Administration and Social Media Assistant
Job Summary
The Administration and Social Media Assistant will provide general office support while managing digital communication channels. This role requires strong IT skills, organizational ability, and creativity in handling social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office operations. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and filing. Manage company social media accounts and online presence. Create and post engaging content to promote company activities. Support customer communication via email and social platforms. Handle basic IT tasks and troubleshoot office technology issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT, Business Administration, or related field). Strong IT skills and computer literacy. Previous experience as an office assistant or in social media management is an advantage. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Honest, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
