Dodai Manufacturing PLC is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following positions based in Addis Ababa (Gazebo).

Position 1: Accounting Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • At least 3 years of proven managerial experience.

Key Requirements

  • Experience leading internal, external, and tax audits.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and ERP systems.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Position 2: Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations and team supervision, preferably in manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Required Skills

  • Warehouse operations management.

Position 3: Local Procurement Team Lead

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain, including some leadership exposure.

Key Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, contract management, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience leading negotiations and managing high-value contracts.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage teams and multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in manufacturing, logistics, or mobility sectors.
  • Experience with tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in startup or fast-growing environments.

Required Skills

  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
