Position: Real Estate Sales Officer
Duties & Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial units. Analyze customer needs and match them with suitable properties. Reach out to potential clients and capture accurate contact information. Conduct surveys and engage with clients in designated areas. Meet or exceed daily sales targets. Report daily on prospecting activity and customer follow‑ups. Plan and set objectives weekly, monthly, and annually.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in real estate sales or related industry. Skills: Strong customer service abilities Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal & written) Time management proficiency Telemarketing skills Team collaboration Analytical and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail and decision‑making ability
Compensation
Attractive salary 4% commission (100% payable at once)
