Available Positions
1. Assistant Teacher
Location: Deborah Village, Sheger City Administration, Legetafo Legedadi Sub City Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract Experience: 0 years Gross Salary: ETB 7,500 per month
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Science, or a related field. No prior work experience required. Specialization in Special Needs Education is an advantage. Knowledge of current educational and instructional methodologies and techniques.
Additional Requirement: Priority will be given to female applicants.
Role Summary
The Assistant Teacher will support the lead classroom teacher in developing and implementing activities designed to promote the social, emotional, and physical development of students.
The position works under the direction of the lead classroom teacher and involves assisting with classroom activities and student development.
2. BSc Nurse
Location: Deborah Village, Sheger City Administration, Legetafo Legedadi Sub City Experience: Minimum 1 year
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
A BSc Degree in Nursing. A valid professional license. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient approach to client-centered care. Commitment to providing client-centered nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
The BSc Nurse will:
Provide comprehensive nursing care. Monitor patients and their conditions. Administer medications. Coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate nursing records. Educate patients. Support infection prevention activities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
