ZamZam Bank S.C is the first bank licensed to operate as full-fledged Interest Free Bank in the country shouldering a huge responsibility for enhancing financial inclusion in Ethiopia.  

Zamzam bank is aspiring and working relentlessly towards its vision of becoming the leading shari’ah compliant and all-inclusive bank in Africa by 2030. To this effect the Bank would like to recruit qualified job applicants for the following vacant posts and invite interested applicants who fulfill the minimum qualification and work experience listed for the job openings.

Position 1: Senior Banking Business Officer

Minimum qualification and work experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
  • 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

  • Problem Identification and solution

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages.

Place of work: Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa

Position 2: Branch Manager

Minimum qualification and work experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
  • 5 years of banking operation experience of 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or Customer Service Supervisor role in branch banking area.

Position 3: Director, District Office

Minimum Qualification:-

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8/10 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch leadership, district supervision, or a comparable multi-branch management role. Experience in business growth, branch operations, financing, and people leadership is required.
