Position 1: Spare Part Sales Expert

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts sales.
  • Good knowledge of excavator components and spare parts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

Job Summary:
The Spare Part Sales Expert is responsible for promoting and selling excavator and heavy equipment spare parts, expanding the customer base, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell genuine and aftermarket spare parts for excavators and heavy equipment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on customer orders.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain customer records.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position 2: Excavator Spare Parts Store Man

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts store management.
  • Experience working with excavator brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Hyundai, Doosan, Kobelco, SANY, or XCMG.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of excavator and heavy equipment spare parts.
  • Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and undercarriage spare parts.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High integrity and professionalism.

Job Summary:
The Spare Parts Store Man is responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and issuing spare parts for excavators and other heavy equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify spare parts against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Store spare parts according to manufacturer recommendations and company procedures.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse with proper labeling and storage.
  • Issue spare parts against approved work orders or requisition forms.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts.
  • Report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving spare parts.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics departments.
  • Maintain records of critical and fast-moving spare parts.
  • Ensure proper storage of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Maintain housekeeping and comply with HSE requirements.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Position 3: Driver

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Grade 10 or above.
  • Valid Ethiopian Driving License (Grade 3 or above).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect the assigned vehicle daily, including oil, water, fuel, tires, and general condition.
  • Drive safely in compliance with traffic regulations.
  • Ensure seatbelt use and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Transport passengers and goods as instructed.
  • Pick up and drop off passengers according to schedules.
  • Ensure passenger safety and provide professional service.
  • Remain available for driving assignments during working hours.
  • Report accidents promptly and comply with insurance procedures.
  • Carry and renew a valid driving license as required.
  • Report vehicle defects and maintain fuel, mileage, and vehicle logbooks.
  • Initiate requisitions for spare parts and replacement tires.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
