Role description
Daye Bensa Business PLC, a leading player in the coffee export and diversified business sector, is seeking fresh graduate accountant to join our team.
Position 1: Junior Import Warehouse Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, import handling, or logistics; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of customs clearance, documentation verification, or ERP-based inventory systems is an advantage.
Willingness to undergo training in inventory management, import/export procedures, or ERP systems.
Position 2: ERP Specialist Lead
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Specialized training or certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) is highly desirable.
4 years of experience in ERP administration, IT support, or systems management. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Hands-on experience configuring ERP modules, including finance, procurement, HR, logistics, and other related modules.
Exposure to ERP implementation projects, upgrades, or module rollouts.
Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting ERP-related issues.
Position 3: Fixed Asset & Property Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
6 years of proven experience in the specific position.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
