Position: Support Specialist (Ethiopia)
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat Assist with complex cases in a professional manner Update customer records and maintain accurate support logs Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction Gather feedback and track support interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English Personal laptop/PC with stable internet and backup power supply Ability to work in a team and support colleagues Willingness to learn and develop professional skills Readiness to work night shifts (4‑days‑on / 3‑days‑off schedule) Work Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates encouraged; 6+ months in customer support is a plus)
