Available Positions
1️⃣ Service Delivery / NOC Coordinator
Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field. Experience: Service delivery or technical coordination. Certification: ITIL Foundation preferred. Responsibilities: Coordinate incidents, track SLAs, manage ticketing systems, oversee field engineers, provide customer updates, and prepare service performance reports.
2️⃣ Field Service Engineer / Smart Hands Technician
Education: Diploma/Degree in IT, Electronics, or related technical field. Experience: Field support or infrastructure deployment. Other: Valid driving license advantageous. Responsibilities: Onsite installation, cabling, wireless deployment, preventive maintenance, emergency interventions, documentation, and coordination with NOC team.
3️⃣ Network & Infrastructure Engineer
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certification: CCNA or equivalent required. Experience: 3+ years in enterprise networking preferred. Responsibilities: Manage LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi infrastructure, configure routers/switches/firewalls/VPNs, monitor uptime, support cybersecurity, troubleshoot remotely, document technical reports, and support cloud/hybrid integration.
