Woda Vehicle Manufacturing plc is a foreign owned company established in Ethiopia in 2023 located in the Woda Industrial Park, Shager City Administration, Oromia state. Spanning an impressive area of 15000 square meters. Our mission is to be the number one electric vehicle manufacturing brand in Ethiopia.

Position: Data Clerk

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, or a related field, with at least two (2) years of proven relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records.
• Generate routine reports and data summaries as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of company information.
• Assist in document filing, archiving, and retrieval processes.
• Support various departments with data-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
