General Requirements and Application Procedures

• All positions are based in Addis Ababa.
• Salary and Benefits: Salary and benefits shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s approved Salary Scale and Benefits Structure.
• Educational Requirements: Applicants must have graduated from a recognized and accredited university.
• Academic Performance: Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and above.
• Additional Requirement for Junior Positions: Applicants applying for Junior Management Consultant, Junior Architect Officer, and Junior Quantity Surveyor positions must be graduates of the years 2024/25, or 2025/26 only.
• Application Period: The vacancy announcement shall remain open from June 15, 2026 to June 18, 2026 (inclusive). Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
