1. Operations Assistant

• Education: BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in a logistics, HR, or administration role.
• Key Skills: Proven experience liaising with external entities (Department of Immigration, Authority for Civil Service Organizations, Ministry of Revenue, clearing agents, vendors).
• Competencies: Strong knowledge of supply chain management, fleet management, facility management, and office administration. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Language: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Amharic.

2. Program Data and Analytics Expert

• Education: MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Management Science, Data Science, or related.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme data management, information management, research, program quality, analytics, and/or MEAL in humanitarian or development settings.
• Technical Skills: Strong practical experience with digital data collection tools (CommCare, Kobo, ODK). Strong data analysis and visualization skills including advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Data Knowledge: Experience with SQL, Python, R, or Power Query. Solid understanding of responsible data management, confidentiality, and access control.
• Core Competencies: Understanding of MEAL frameworks, logframes, and theories of change. Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical colleagues and train/mentor staff.
• Language & Travel: Excellent spoken and written English and Amharic. Willingness to travel to project implementation areas.
