Education and Licensing Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license or registration to practice.
Work Experience
0–2 years of professional nursing experience . Clinical internship or previous hospital experience is considered an advantage.
Required Job Knowledge
Candidates should have:
Basic knowledge of nursing principles, patient assessment, and nursing care procedures. Knowledge of medication administration and clinical documentation standards. Understanding of infection prevention and control practices and patient safety standards. Familiarity with basic emergency response procedures and standard medical equipment.
