Warehouse Manager

Job Description:
Develop, execute, and oversee warehouse management to support timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and fulfill Warehouse management, and support timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
1. Manage Warehouse , include inbound, inventory and outbound, make inbound plan, make counting and align with customer, project team and subcon for the outbound plan;
2. Be familiar at Warehouse management system and solve IT issues;
3. Send daily report for the inbound and outbound;
4. Implement the 8S checking daily;
5. Arrange cycle counting and Quarterly stocking to make sure the inventory accuracy and cargo security;
6. Visit subcontract Warehouse or site to counting the materials to make sure materials security;
Work location :  Addis Ababa & Tigray
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related major.
Years of Work Experience:
Minimum 1+ years in logistics or warehouse management.
Skill Requirements:
Excellent time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Professional Knowledge:
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
Proficiency in Excel.
Highly self-motivated and customer-focused.
Desire to meet and exceed service level expectations.
Experience with warehouse operations, preferably with knowledge of ICT equipment.
Business Skills:
Experience working in an international company (preferred).
good communication, logical thinking, coordination, and analytical skills.
Careful work approach and strong sense of responsibility.
