Freelance Mid-Level Field Sales Executive
ABOUT THE ROLE
Solve-it Technology Lab is seeking a results-driven, highly independent
Freelance Mid-Level Field Sales Executive
to drive merchant acquisition for our digital real estate marketplace product.
This is a flexible, field-based freelance role. If you enjoy managing your own schedule while making a major impact out in the field, this is the perfect opportunity to pitch our platform and onboard key players in the real estate sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES)
Active Field Scouting:
Search, identify, and network with real estate development companies, independent agents, traditional brokers, and property owners.
Product Pitching:
Introduce our digital platform product and clearly demonstrate its value—showing clients how it boosts listing visibility, enhances promotion, and drives property demand.
Onboarding & Support:
Convince targets to join, guide them through account creation on the platform, and ensure they actively post their properties (including houses, shops, commercial spaces, and land).
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualification
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in:
Marketing or Sales Management
Business Management / Management
Accounting or Economics
Communications or related business fields
Work Experience
1 to 3 years
of proven experience in any of the following fast-paced environments:
Field Sales or Real Estate Sales
Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Sales
SaaS / Tech Product Sales
Insurance, Banking, or Telecom Sales
PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proven ability to hunt for new leads effectively out in the field.
Client Relations:
Highly comfortable conducting face-to-face client meetings and professional pitches.
Sales Mastery:
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales quickly.
Tech-Savvy:
Basic experience with CRM tools and comfortable navigating digital applications and websites.
Reporting:
Ability to provide clear, structured daily or weekly field activity updates.
