Position Summary:
Manage and optimize
warehouse and logistics operations
to ensure
safe, accurate, and timely
receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of
raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
in line with
GMP, client requirements, and regulatory standards
.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse activities: receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and GMP-compliant conditions.
Ensure strong inventory control: FEFO/FIFO, ERP/WMS records, stock counts, and batch/expiry tracking.
Plan and coordinate logistics and distribution, including delivery schedules and 3PL support (as applicable).
Maintain material handling safety and compliance with EHS/transport requirements.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
3–6 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management in pharmaceutical, chemical, or FMCG industries.
Skills:
Communication skill, organization & time management skill, analytical skill, decision-making skill and problem-solving skill. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
