1. Sales Representative
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1 year of sales experience. Recent graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered. Comfortable using digital communication tools and basic CRM systems. Ability to learn product information quickly. Working proficiency in Amharic and English. Exposure to software, product, or B2B sales is an advantage. Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
2. Business Development Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or bid and tender coordination. Familiarity with tender processes. Experience with CRM and web-based lead-generation tools. Research skills and basic web content management knowledge. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Amharic. Knowledge of the Ethiopian tender environment. Familiarity with digital marketing and lead-generation tools. Experience with CRM administration is an advantage.
3. Sales Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 3 years of B2B product or software sales experience. Demonstrated record of sales conversion. Experience in ERP, POS, or enterprise business systems is preferred. Experience leading, coaching, or supervising sales professionals is required. Working knowledge of ERP and POS functional requirements, including finance, procurement, payroll, inventory, and point-of-sale systems. Ability to understand client requirements and conduct product demonstrations. Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline tools. Ability to prepare proposals and pricing. Understanding of solution scoping and requirements gathering. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Amharic. Experience selling to financial-sector or regulated clients is an advantage. Exposure to implementation or requirements analysis is an advantage. 4. Marketing Services Sales Representative

Education:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience and Requirements:
1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience. Understanding of digital marketing, branding, research, and campaign services. Working proficiency in written and spoken Amharic and English. Experience in an agency or marketing-services environment is an advantage. Existing client relationships are an advantage.
5. Video Editor & Videographer
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Multimedia, Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience and Requirements:
2–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing. Experience working with a marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or production house is highly preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, corporate, and social media content.
6. Creative Copywriter
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Literature, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience and Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative writing. Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment is preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital, social media, branding, and campaign content is required.
7. Product Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in software development or a technology-focused company. Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Experience with issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure.
