Tsehay Insurance S.C
(TISc) was founded by 105 shareholders on March 28, 2012.These shareholders are well-known individuals and business organizations.
The company is registered with the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No.
86/1994 and License No.017/12.In order to gain public confidence at the beginning, TISc started operations with a subscribed capital of 45 million birr and a paid-up capital of 11,480,000 birr, which was significantly higher than the minimum requirement of 3 million birr.At that time, the company had three branches located in Addis Ababa.
TISc is currently seeking qualified and interested candidates to fill the following job vacancies.
Position 1: Underwriting Officer I
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or Statistics-related fields
• Experience: 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Terms of Employment: Permanent

Position 2: Underwriting Officer II
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or Statistics-related fields
• Experience: 2 years of experience in the insurance industry

Position 3: Accountant I
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance

Position 4: Manager, Research & Product Marketing Division (Re-advertisement)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Leadership, or related fields
• Experience: 7 years of experience, with 3 years in senior positions

Position 5: Executive Officer (EO), Claims Management Department

• Experience: 9 years of experience in the insurance industry, with 4 years in supervisory roles
