Gift Real Estate PLC (GRE) is involved in real estate development in Ethiopia.
It is a subsidiary of Gift Group, a holding company that was originally founded as Gift Trading during the early 1990s, about 30 years ago, by the company’s founder and managing director, Ato Gebreyesus Igata. He has always been interested in business and has gained significant experience abroad.

Gift Real Estate PLC (GRE) develops and provides high-quality, affordable residential and commercial real estate solutions for middle and high-income individuals.
The company also offers modern property management and related services, playing an important role in the broader real estate development and hospitality sectors.

Position 1: Human Resource Officer  

Required Qualification: A bachelor's degree in management, human resource management, business administration, business management, public administration, social sciences, or a related field from a recognized university or college.

Experience: At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a relevant HR role. Key Responsibilities:  
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes.

- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Design and implement training and development programs.

- Support performance management and employee development activities.

- Conduct HR research, reporting, and data analysis.

- Maintain employee relations and workplace engagement.

- Manage HR information systems and HR technology tools.

- Ensure confidentiality in handling HR-related information.

Position 2: Office Engineer  

Required Qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related fields.

Experience: A total of 6 to 4 years of experience in building and infrastructure construction projects, including 4 to 2 years of specific experience in office engineering.

- Coordinate engineering documentation and project records.

- Monitor project progress and deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.

- Support project planning and technical reporting.

- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

- Analyze project requirements and technical issues.

Position 3: Safety Engineer  

Required Qualification: A bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or related fields.

Experience: A total of 5 to 8 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years as a safety officer on construction projects.

- Implement and monitor workplace safety programs.

- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

- Develop mitigation measures for identified hazards.

- Prepare safety reports and recommendations.

- Promote safety awareness and compliance.

- Foster a positive safety culture across projects.

Position 4: Senior Architect  

Required Qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture and urban planning.

Experience: A total of 10 to 8 years of experience in building construction design projects, including 4 to 2 years as a senior design architect.

- Prepare and review architectural designs and drawings.

- Coordinate with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

- Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.

- Provide technical guidance during project implementation.

- Manage multiple architectural projects.

- Lead and mentor design teams.

Position 5: Chief Project Manager / Project Follow-up, Coordination & Monitoring Division Manager  

Required Qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related fields.

Experience: A total of 8 to 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, project follow-up, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Lead and coordinate multiple construction projects.

- Monitor project implementation and performance.

- Prepare project reports and recommendations.

- Manage stakeholder communication and engagement.

- Supervise project teams and ensure timely delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in project processes.
