Position 1: Junior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Junior Accountant will assist in payment processing, tax preparation, record keeping, and other daily accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Ethiopian tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment requests and ensure all required supporting documents are attached.
- Prepare bank payment vouchers and ensure timely approval and signature.
- Follow up on completed payments, collect receipts, and maintain proper filing of all supporting documents.
- Calculate and prepare withholding tax accurately.
- Prepare and process tax payments, including VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes, within required deadlines.
- Follow up with the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenue to ensure tax payments are properly recorded and any outstanding issues are resolved.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date payment and tax records.
- Update payment schedules and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist with other accounting and finance activities as assigned

Education Qualification and Skill
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
- 0 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax regulations.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Position 2: Logistic and Supply chain
Job Summary:
The Logistics Officer will manage the movement of goods and materials, oversee inventory, and coordinate transportation to ensure timely and efficient operations. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience on IT and Related Filed and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations.
- Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and distribution activities.
- Handle inventory management and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare regular logistics reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
Salary: – Negotiation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics software (SW) and tools is an added advantage.
